About Foundation - Open Constitution AI Network

Open Constitution AI network is a digital commons infrastructure. Any human activity deployed on the network is regulated through the means of a statutory fiscal structure. This construct is defined as ‘Foundation’ in the Articles of Open Constitution AI. It is a collection of fiscal hosts in tax residencies where participants exercise their legal personhood on the network.

Since the network is a publicly accessible Private Trust machine, it can only be accessed through its self governance rules.

The Foundation maintains a self-governed Treasury system- Open-Bank, which manages the Trust’s artefacts.
This Treasury is a collection of repositories that are autonomous in publishing and reporting transaction events on the network.

The control of the Trust’s artefacts is vested in the Articles of the Association of the Open Constitution AI. .

Humans can interact with this network, using a guidance library of articles. This informatics network learns in similar way as human thought process.

Network is a thought machine but with a guidance constitution that sets protocols and rules for how this machine thinks and generates results using linked learning models.

The Foundation’s Trust provides its beneficiaries, data residency rights for interacting with the planet Earth’s shared resource: a computing network – Open Constitution AI.

The Fiscal Hosts of the private Trust are organised with non-profit, voluntary association & limited liability co-operative characteristics.

The Trust machine has been made public with the mission to provide digital aid and social finance services to beneficiaries through its resource infrastructure. The network was published live since the Trust began to be statutorily established in 2019. Its current aggregate data residency is in Asia, US and Europe.

Do any Founders who wrote the Articles that define the Foundation have influence in running the Foundation?

No, the Founders do not run the Foundation.
The Foundation’s first fiscal body was set up by the founders of the Open Constitution AI network in Jan 2019, and the Foundation’s AI network is public since Dec 2019.
The Founders have simply granted to the public, access to their Intellectual assets by establishing the Trust. In this process, they have extended their own natural person’s legal personhood, for the service of humanity.

The Founder’s intellectual assets set up the protocols to self govern the AI network. Once the governance articles were reduced to practice to general public, Founders became detached from the Trust’s growing pool of intellectual assets to make room for the non Founding members to interact legally with the Private Trust’s AI.

How does the Foundation maintain this machine that distributes Private Trust’s grant to public?

Foundation, in context of law and observation of human rights in a civil society, is a legal construct for an organization principle of human beings around specific set of defined protocols. These form the Statutes of the Foundation, which govern the organization of knowledge base that human interact with through the Trust’s social capital network.

The Foundation has placed this governance model into the machine’s ‘neural’ design.

The Foundation’s Open Council oversees co-ordination of Open Constitution’s autonomous initiatives and documenting the initiatives through the Foundation’s fiscal bodies.
